A:What payment methods are accepted?

Q:www.enetb2c.com accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card, WebMoney and Boleto/money transfer.

A:Why was my credit card/PayPal payment declined?

Q:If you receive a notification that your payment was declined when you place an order, please contact PayPal or your card-issuing bank to resolve the issue.

You can also use enetb2c’s Live Chat for help. If we can resolve this issue in-house, we will be happy to help you complete your order.

A:When payment page displays an error, what should I do?

Q:If the payment page displays an error, please use our Live Chat service or send a message to us. Our support team will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

-To send a message, please follow these steps: Log in to "My Account" on www.enetb2c.com, then go to "My message" → "Submit a ticket" → "Submit".
